These homeowners from Coquitlam called True Level because they had a house with significant settlement on their front walkways and garage. They were worried about compromising the house’s structural integrity and didn’t want it to worsen. There were also tripping hazards and water pooling issues.
True Level installers arrived on-site, reviewed the area with the homeowner, and prepared the work area. We started the installation by drilling holes in the concrete slab for the injection ports. Then, PolyLevel foam was injected under the garage’s slabs, filling the voids and allowing a steady and controlled lift. After the garage was lifted, the installers used a mechanical lift on the sidewalk to bring the driveway up to match the garage. At last, we used Nexus Pro to seal the cracks on their driveway and control joints to prevent future settlement.
Here’s the process step by step:
The homeowners were happy that their garage and sidewalk were lifted back into their original position.
