THE PROCESS

Our team of installers arrived on-site, checked the area with the homeowner, and got ready to work! 

First, the footing along one side of the home where the main issue took place, was exposed and prepared for the brackets. Then, the brackets were secured to the footing, and piers were driven into the soil. The home was lifted, carefully,  up to its original level position. Our crew monitored the lift from the outside of the home, analyzing any gaps or cracks that rejoined, and from the inside of the home using electronic levellers. Finally, our crew injected PolyLevel foam under the foundation and exterior patio concrete slab to fill any voids and ensure ultimate stabilization. 

Step by step

The process was as follows:

1. Assessing the issue and logging measurements 
2. Our crew drove piles under the foundation and the slab
3. We placed hydraulic lifting rams on the piles and lifted the foundation a few inches
4. True Level supported footing and slab with structural PolyLevel foam
5. Permanently stabilized the home foundation
