To achieve permanent stabilization, we attach pier brackets to the settled foundation. Then, galvanized steel tube sections are hydraulically driven through steel foundation brackets to reach the depths of competent load-bearing strata. Once locked into place, the weight of your home transfers from the original, unstable soils, through the piers, to the competent soil or bedrock.

PolyLevel permanently lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula. We inject the PolyLevel foam as a liquid through small penny-sized holes, and then it begins to expand and cure. The expanding properties of the polyurethane allow for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.
