Winter-Only Price Freeze Offer: Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • This offer is available only to customers who have previously received a project quote from True Level Concrete within 2024.
    • The project must involve concrete repair, foundation repair, or other eligible services previously quoted.

  2. Offer Details

    • Customers who schedule their project between December 1st and February 29th will receive their original project quote price, with an additional 5% discount up to a maximum of $500 on concrete projects $1000 on foundation projects.
    • To qualify for the discount, the project must be booked and confirmed for completion between December 1st and February 29th, subject to availability.

  3. Same-Day Booking Requirement

    • To receive the discount, customers must accept and confirm their project within 24 hours of being re-contacted by True Level Concrete. No adjustments will be made after the 24-hour period expires.

  4. Limitations

    • This offer applies only to the original quoted price; any additional services or modifications to the project scope after the quote will not be eligible for the discount.
    • The 5% discount cannot exceed $500 on concrete repair projects and $1000 on foundation repair projects, regardless of the project size or quoted value.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

  5. Non-Transferable

    • This offer is exclusive to the original recipient of the quote and cannot be transferred to another party.

  6. Booking and Scheduling

    • Project bookings are subject to True Level Concrete’s availability during the promotion period (December 1st – February 29th).
    • Scheduling changes made by the customer after confirmation may void the discount at the company’s discretion.

  7. Cancellation Policy

    • If the project is canceled or rescheduled outside of the promotion period, the discount will no longer apply, and the customer may be subject to the full quoted price or additional fees, based on True Level Concrete’s standard cancellation and rescheduling policies.

  8. Final Decision

    • True Level Concrete reserves the right to make the final decision on the application of this offer, including any disputes or exceptions.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility to Participate

    • The referral program is open exclusively to former clients of True Level Concrete.
    • To participate, you must provide the address where True Level Concrete completed your previous project to help us locate your file and track your referral activity.

  2. Referral Submission Guidelines

    • Referrals must be submitted through the True Level Concrete referral program prior to any engagement or contact between True Level Concrete and the referred party.
    • Referrals must be aware that you are submitting their information through this program and agree to be referred.
    • There are no limits to the number of people you can refer; however, only those who receive a valid quote from True Level Concrete will qualify for a referral reward.

  3. Referral Rewards

    • You will be eligible for a referral reward (e.g., a gift card) only when the referred party receives a valid quote from True Level Concrete.
    • The reward will not apply to retroactive referrals or in cases where the referred customer has already contacted True Level Concrete or received a quote prior to your referral.

  4. No Retroactive Referrals

    • Referrals must be submitted before any engagement or contact between True Level Concrete and the referred party.
    • Referrals submitted after the referred party has already contacted True Level Concrete, received a quote, or initiated discussions will be ineligible for rewards.

  5. New Customer Requirement

    • The referred party must be a new customer to True Level Concrete and have no prior inquiries, quotes, or engagement with the company.
    • Previous customers, or those who have previously contacted True Level Concrete, do not qualify as new referrals for the purposes of this program.

  6. Program Integrity

    • True Level Concrete reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referral and the referee.
    • True Level Concrete may deny rewards for any retroactive or ineligible referrals at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the referral program.

  7. Reward Distribution

    • Once verified, referral rewards (e.g., gift cards) will be issued after the referred party receives a valid quote. The timeframe for reward distribution may vary based on project timelines and eligibility verification.

  8. Program Changes

    • True Level Concrete reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated via the True Level Concrete website.
